Abhyangam
Ayurvedic treatment massage is done in a traditional manner using medicated herbal oils. Massage is done after ascertaining the disease, body constitution, age and other health factors of the person. It can be done for 1 day or for a course of 3.5, 7, 14 or 21 days depending on the condition of the patient. Synchronized massage is beneficial in Rheumatism, improving physical consistency, preventing scales, inducing sound sleep, increasing life span and general sense of well being. It improves complexion skin. Helpful in obesity.

Pizhichil
Warm medicated oil is applied all over the body in a rhythmic way, continuously for a specific period. It is done for 1 day to 3.5, 7, 14 or 21 days. This treatment is beneficial for Nervous disorders, Sexual weakness, Rheumatic diseases, Blood pressure and many other problems. Best for rejuvenation.

Thakra Dhara
Medicated butter milk is poured over the forehead. Highly effective for Insomnia, Depression, and other stress related diseases. Prevents greying of hairs, reduces headaches, increases digestive power. Effective in diabetic conditions.

Njavarakizhi
Medicated rice is cooked in milk and herbal decoction, tied up in cloth boluses and applied all over the body. Highly effective in Neurological disorders, Rheumatism, Arthritis, and malnutrition of limbs.

Sirodhara
Warm medicated oil poured as an even stream on the forehead continuously. This will tune up the brain and will improve memory. It helps in preventing and curing diseases like paralysis, dementia and other Neurological diseases. It is employed in Psychiatric and Psychosomatic diseases. It relieves tension, checks stress and strain.

Podikizhi
Medicinal powders are tied up in cloth boluses, dipped in hot medicated oil and applied on the whole body or part of body. Helps in curing degenerative disorders of joints, muscular pains, arthritis and many other rheumatic diseases.

Tharpanam
Medicated ghee is retained in the eyes. This relieves strain for eyes, improves eye sight, nourishes the nerves.

Patharapodala
Herbal leaves, lime, coconut, herbal powders etc. are tied up in cloth pouches, dipped in hot medicated oil and applied on the whole body or part. Highly effective in stiffness, arthritis, spondylosis, swelling etc.

Udwarthanam
A deep dry massage using herbal powders. It stimulates the hair follicles and subcutaneous fat tissue to break down subcutaneous stored fat. The treatment also helps reduce blood cholesterol, obesity, skin problems, imparts mobility to joints, strengthens muscles and refreshes the body.

Nasyam
It is medicines applied through the nasal passage. It is the most specific procedure for diseases of the head.

Ushmaswedam
It is a sudation process, where medicated steam is used to induce sweating. Steam bath improves the peripheral circulation by vasodilatation. This reduces high blood pressure. Helps elimination of impurities from the body. Medicines used for herbal steam helps reducing stiffness, pain and swelling. Body becomes light.

Katee Vasthi
Luke warm medicated oil is retained on the lower back. This treatment is employed in Lumbar spondylosis, inter vertebral disc prolapse, Low back ache etc.

Mud Therapy
Mud therapy is being used by people to treat diseases since ancient times. It is believed that the earth has healing powers which are refreshing and invigorating for the body. The material used for mud therapy is mostly clay, taken from 4 inches below the surface of the earth. Earth mud baths followed by hot baths can reduce pain and other symptoms in people with fibromyalgia.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping is an ancient Chinese method of causing local congestion. A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin either by means of heat or suction. This draws up the underlying tissues. When the cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed and localized healing takes place. Cupping therapy has been further developed as a means to open the Meridians of the body through which energy flows to every part of the body.

Nadi Pariksha
A traditional Ayurvedic diagnostic method that assesses Vata, Pitta, and Kapha through pulse examination. By gently reading the radial pulse, practitioners identify an individual’s constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti) to provide personalized diet, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations. Best performed in the early morning on an empty stomach.

Lymphatic Massage
A gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid. It helps reduce swelling, water retention, puffiness, and supports detoxification and immune function. Commonly used post-surgery, for lymphedema management, sinus congestion, and overall relaxation.

Kansa Foot Massage
An ancient Ayurvedic therapy using a Kansa (copper-tin alloy) bowl or wand with oil or ghee to massage the feet and lower legs. It calms the nervous system, balances body energy, reduces stress and anxiety, improves circulation, aids detoxification, and promotes deep, restful sleep.

TENS Therapy
A non-invasive therapy using low-voltage electrical currents to relieve pain, relax tight muscles, and improve mobility. TENS therapy is effective for back and neck pain, arthritis, joint pain, sports injuries, and muscle tension. Some devices also include EMS for muscle strengthening and circulation support.

Hot Stone Massage
A deeply relaxing massage using smooth, heated basalt stones placed on key points of the body or used during massage strokes. The penetrating heat eases muscle stiffness, improves circulation, reduces stress and anxiety, and provides profound physical and mental relaxation.
